care plan licensed by the State of California.
As a member, you pay only a percentage
of usual fees and can choose from any
California Benefits Plan participating
providers.
For
less than $8 per month per individual
or $18 per month for a family, you could
have dental coverage that includes the
following features: immediate coverage;
no claim forms; no deductibles; no maximum
yearly limits on your dental coverage;
pre-existing conditions are covered; no
charge for many of your preventative dental
services.
